Annual Report

The Challenge: One of the baptisms of fire to create as a lead and solo designer is the Annual Report. As a 70 page report this involves multiple lead stakeholders feeding into a very very live document tied to higher stakes deadlines - the product has to be delivered accurately and reliably.

The Solution: Aside from the visual strategy, prioritisation and concepting alone, I need to prepare a design process that works in flow with the organisation. I plan out ways to work with the changes that would happen within a short space of time and allow for graphic elements that can be adapted flexibly.

(Then to not miss anything, and not accidentally hit delete anything!!)
