Socials for Recruitment
The Challenge: AET, before rebranding to Lift Schools, featured rather tired looking logos within its network. While recruitment in UK schools is an ongoing difficult task, graphic assets were still a constant need while the new brand was being developed.
The Solution: I needed to take features of the old logos to create a suite of social graphics and campaigns across platforms and job boards. The socials adopt elements of the old brand colours, but by giving a cleaner and playful twist to make the design composition the focus, they grab the right attention in the interim to help recruitment portray a forward looking employer brand.
