Lift Schools Brand Visuals

The Challenge: To create a distinctive, disruptive visual identity that stands apart from competitors while remaining accessible and scalable for widespread internal use. The brand needed to attract top-tier talent, build trust and credibility with partners and stakeholders, and support long-term growth.

The Solution: My strategy in designing assets for the brand is to reposition Lift Schools as a confident, credible, and future-focused organisation. The assets I created are built to be recognisable around an aesthetic with a flexible framework, that colleagues in the marketing and communications team or wider can understand and apply. Designed for storytelling, the system enables clearer, more engaging communication to support talent attraction, stakeholder trust, and network visibility.
